Matthew Callery
Matthew Callery is the founder and CEO of CV Engineer, the resume builder app with 6.1M+ downloads and 210K+ monthly users. Before founding CV Engineer, he spent 5+ years on the hiring side: headhunting director-level candidates for FTSE 100 companies, leading talent acquisition at a London HR tech startup, and building software that helped executive search firms make senior hires faster.
He’s read the resumes that win interviews and the ones that get skipped in seconds. CV Engineer is built on that experience, with proven advice and examples that show job seekers how to get noticed, be taken seriously, and keep a recruiter reading. CV Engineer has been featured in Wired, CNET, and Popular Science.
Matthew is a member of PARWCC (Professional Association of Résumé Writers & Career Coaches) and holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Bristol.
